OUR STORY

From the Front Desk to the Future

Orthia was created by Olyver Sturdivant. Olyver worked inside his mom's orthodontic clinic and saw firsthand how overwhelmed front desks were. Phones ringing nonstop. Patients going to voicemail. After-hours calls with no one to pick up. Staff stretched thin trying to do everything at once.

He believed AI could dramatically improve the patient experience while reducing staff stress. Early on, Olyver brought in Justin Chuk to help build the operations side of Orthia as the company took shape.

What started as a single founder's idea turned into Orthia, an AI receptionist built specifically for orthodontic clinics, designed alongside the orthodontists and office managers who know the problems best.

Orthia now answers calls, schedules patients, handles insurance questions, and supports clinics 24/7.
